Yesterday I had this lovely tea in a small café. It was called “orange-ginger tea” and a perfect mixture of winter fruit, some spice and honey giving you vitamins and energy to conquer a winter day mood. And so simple to make! This is going to be my “december tea”.
Ingredients (1 cup): half a pressed orange, some slices of fresh ginger, 1-2 tbsp of honey
Peel and slice the ginger, put sliced pieces into the bottom of your cup, add they honey (amount according to your taste). Press the orange and add. Then fill the cup with hot and boiling water.
